You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Customer and Employee Information

Information stored in the system may be confidential. You agree not to improperly access, disclose, copy, or distribute company, customer, contact, or employee data. Information also belongs to the underlying organization and destruction/obfuscation of that information is subject to penalty.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's account, interfere with system operation, upload malicious files, or use the system for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability

Pipeline Powerhouse may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, service interruptions, or events outside the service provider's control.

7. Account Suspension

Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms, organizational policies, or applicable laws are violated.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the system after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
